“The window units leak onto the walkway and leave slime across the walkway. It was super humid outside so, even with the airconditioning running, the floor in the bedroom and bathroom stayed wet. The TV had very limited channels. The bathroom tu/shower was very old and, even if it was actually clean, looked dirty. They do not have shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. On the positive side, the staff was very nice, the freezer in the room refrigerator worked really well (much better than most in……

“Clean room quiet location”

“Clean room clean lobby good breakfast. Friendly front desk help. Dana was very helpful and very kind. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”

“TV didn't work in the room, landscaping was ridiculous, no ice on the property even though sign in vending area said contact front office for ice. Breakfast was 4 honeybuns and stale cereal with brown bananas. This establishment should not be able to represent the name Budget Inn and suites!”

“The Room 122 had a broken desk desk chair. I call the office ask for a replacement and he told me thats all they had. No replacement with plenty off vacancy rooms . Nice chairs. So the room had bad spots on the walls. Restroom area paint peeling onthe door of Restroom nasty. Sink area had know light it was broken ask for replacement to lady that clean rooms she did let them know a they came in while i was gone and fix it. She did come everyday to clean my room but i keep it clean my self in……

“Our second time staying here. Wonderful host. The house was clean and accommodating to our family. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. We will stay here again when visiting the area.”
